Privacy Policy
Who is responsible
MB Verslas.in, company code 303070537, M. Valančiaus g. 7-45, LT-03158 Vilnius, Lithuania, operates She Goes Live and is responsible for the processing described here. Contact info@shegoeslive.com with privacy questions or requests.
This policy covers this website, the enquiry forms and direct contact with us. Work for clients follows the arrangements agreed for each project.
Enquiry forms
The “Book a free 20-minute call” form asks for your name, email address and what you’d like to talk about, and you can add a website or preview link. The “Request a quote” form asks for your name, email address and what needs doing; your business name and a website or preview link are optional.
When you send a form, the website checks the entries on the server and stores them, with the time they were received, in our enquiry database. For a call or quote request we then receive an email notification with your details, so we can reply to you directly. The website doesn’t place form entries in cookies, browser storage or page addresses.
Please don’t send passwords, access codes, payment details or sensitive customer information. There are no file-upload fields.
Why we process information
We handle an individual’s enquiry to take steps they request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Where someone writes for a business or organisation, replying relies on our legitimate interest in communicating with potential clients and partners (Article 6(1)(f)). An enquiry doesn’t form a contract or book work.
Protecting the website and its forms from spam and misuse also relies on our legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation. We use the information needed to answer privacy requests and meet record-keeping obligations under Article 6(1)(c). We don’t use your details for marketing unless you separately agree, and there is no automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.
Free guide
To download the free guide, we ask for your email address. We store it in our enquiry database with the time of your request, so we know who asked for the guide and can reply if you get in touch, relying on our legitimate interest in running the website. Downloading the guide doesn’t subscribe you to a mailing list, and we won’t send you marketing unless you separately agree.
Cookies and your choices
This website doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies, so there is nothing optional to accept or decline. If you switch the prices between US dollars and euros, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage. It contains no personal details and isn’t sent to us.
Fonts and images are served from this website. The only third-party script is Cloudflare Turnstile, which loads when you open one of the forms (see below).
Spam protection and technical records
To stop automated and repeated submissions, the forms include a hidden field that people don’t see and a check on how quickly they were completed. When you open a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it is being used by a person, using technical information about your browser and device; usually you won’t see anything. The server also counts recent submissions from each network address for 15 minutes, in memory only. Your network address and the Turnstile result aren’t stored with your enquiry, and our application records only the type and outcome of a submission, not what you wrote.
Our hosting provider may keep standard technical records, such as IP address, time and the page requested, to run and protect the service. These are kept under the provider’s own retention rules.
Service providers and international transfers
We use these providers, each under data-processing terms:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, the server that receives the forms, and Turnstile.
- Supabase: our enquiry database, stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Resend: sends us the email notification for each call or quote request.
- Interneto vizija: hosts our mailbox in Lithuania.
Cloudflare, Supabase and Resend are based in the United States and may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their terms provide safeguards for such transfers, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where required. Contact info@shegoeslive.com for details of the applicable safeguards.
Direct contact and client projects
If you contact us directly, we use what you choose to send to reply and discuss your request. Depending on the circumstances, this may be necessary for steps you request before a contract, for an accepted contract, for our legitimate business interests or for legal obligations.
Client projects may need access to your website builder, domain or email accounts. That access, the records we keep and how access is handed back or removed are agreed for each project. Please share access only in the way we agree, not through the website forms or ordinary email.
How long we keep information
Form submissions, including guide requests, are deleted from our enquiry database 180 days after they arrive. Email about an enquiry that doesn’t lead to work is deleted 180 days after our last substantive exchange; reminders and follow-up messages don’t restart this period. Contract and accounting records are kept for as long as the applicable law requires.
Deleting an enquiry doesn’t recall email that has already been delivered, and it doesn’t immediately erase providers’ rotating backups, which expire under their own policies. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who handle them.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal data, or for its correction, deletion, restriction or portability. You may also object to certain processing and withdraw consent. Some records may need to be kept to meet a legal obligation or handle a claim.
Send requests to info@shegoeslive.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You may complain to Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate at vdai.lrv.lt. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
Updates
We update this policy when our purposes, providers or arrangements change. The date at the end of this page shows the current version.
